Post published:08/06/2022 ADSA Member Survey May 2022Please enable JavaScript in your browser to complete this form. - Step 1 of 9This survey for ADSA (Auckland Down Syndrome Association) families only. It is not intended for schools who are members. The way people interact within their communities, and with each other has changed a lot since our last survey in 2020. We want to ensure that we are continuing to be relevant to your family, at whatever stage you are at. In July 2020 (after a long lockdown) we closed our Mt Wellington office, and staff have been working remotely from their homes. Whilst we have lost a lot of face-to-face contact due to Covid – we have hugely increased our interactions via social media, and other electronic avenues, and many people call or email our Community Liaison Coordinator. We realise that the way you interact with ADSA may change throughout your journey and that some members will be more actively involved than others. Whatever stage you are at – we would LOVE to hear from you. We have worded this survey for a parent or guardian to complete, as people in those roles are most likely to interact directly with us. There will be a separate survey for social clubs where people with Down syndrome age 18+ will be given the opportunity to have their say.GENERAL INFORMATION1.
