Item Description

Numicon is a programme based on the pattern of numbers employing a multi-sensory and structured approach that has been proven to be very effective internationally. The patterns are structured so number relationships can be seen and experienced. A Maths bag is also included for homework activities to support learning at home. ‘Closing the Gap’ is part of the Numicon programme which uses patterns, shapes and a small-step, multi-sensory approach. It is written especially for students experiencing difficulty with learning numbers. Its game-based activities lend themselves to home and school learning. When your child is approaching four years of age, or if they are older, then this is the programme for you. Training and more information is available from numicon.co.nz
