Item Description

See and Learn First Word Pictures is designed for children who are at the first stage of learning language. It contains activities and resources to help children learn 60 common first words using pictures. This step also prepares children for learning to read by helping them develop their visual skills through matching and selecting activities. They will use these skills during later stages of the See and Learn programme. The See and Learn First Word Pictures pack contains: a guide book including detailed instructions for each of the four activities in this step, record sheet to track progress through the activities, picture cards and matching boards to use in the activities.
