We would really appreciate you taking the time to give us your feedback on the services & information we provide.
This survey is for ADSA
family
members only. Our last survey was in 2015, and since then the ways in which we communicate between one another have changed quite a lot.
We realise that at some stages of your journey you may need the ADSA more than at other times. And also, that some members like to be more actively involved than others. We would really appreciate your feedback, no matter what stage you are at.

UPSIDE EDUCATION TRUST
We have just a few questions on behalf of our colleagues at UpsideDowns education trust who subsidise the cost of Speech and Language Therapy for children with Down syndrome (age 0-18), nationwide.
